SPA INFORMATION

The Spa
Please notify our Spa Reservationists before booking your treatments with any special considerations or concerns. Also, please let us know if you have high blood pressure, allergies, any physical ailments or disabilities; are pregnant; or using Retin A, Accutane or Renova. If you experience discomfort at any time during your services, please alert your therapist immediately.
We recommend arriving 30 minutes prior to your treatment. This allows us to welcome you and introduce you to our facilities and gives you time to enjoy our steam room and relaxation room. Please understand that to prevent inconvenience to the next guest, late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled treatments.
The spa is an adult environment of relaxation and tranquility. For the relaxation, enjoyment, and privacy of our guests, please speak quietly during your journey at the spa. Cell phones, laptops, tobacco, personal vaporizers, and electronic cigarettes are not permitted.
For a wider selection of treatments and appointment times, we recommend reserving your spa and salon services at least one week prior to your visit. All spa and salon appointments must be held with a credit card.
Your appointment has been especially reserved for you. As a courtesy to other guests and our service providers, a 24-hour notice is required to avoid being charged 100% of your treatment cost.
A 20% service charge will be automatically added to your spa services at checkout. Additional gratuities are at your discretion. For your convenience, payment is also accepted prior to your treatments upon request. All major credit cards are accepted.
Guests must be 18 years old to enter the spa and receive spa treatments. Children ages 17 and younger may use the hair and nail salon but must have a parent or guardian present.
